Crop Residue Supply Chain Services
For customers in the manufacturing and production business of various products ranging from cellulosic ethanol to organic fiber based products, Aden Brook offers supply chain solutions eliminating the variability of sourcing material to keep a factory going year round.
Our approach is simple. We learn about what product and quality specs you need and when you need it delivered. Then we produce or source that product for you keeping it in storage till you need it and delivering it to you in the grade you need eliminating your risk of storage damage.
For many customers sourcing and storage can be very costly because the customer needs the product to be a specific grade at time of final processing. There is a huge amount of variability in storage of fiber bales. Depending on the harvest season moisture, timeliness of baling and storage can have a large effect on how the product looks coming out of storage months later for processing. There is also many liability issues ranging from fire in stacks to falling bales in stack yards.
For Aden Brook our advantage in supplying you is that we already have the people, equipment, storage and customers in place creating a network that makes the whole process more efficient. For a customer trying to ramp up production and keep their factory supplied with the right product while trying to plan and source product months or even years ahead of time leaving this part to us can be a huge cost savings.
Parts of the supply process that you no longer need to worry about are:
All these aspects of the supply process are parts that if done by inexperienced processes/personal can cost you large sums of money.
We can produce and supply these products in almost every major agricultural region of the US and Canada depending on your factory location. Using our transportation network we can also supply from outside the immediate area depending on your needs.
Crop residue products that we offer are:
Bale size is generally our standard 3×4 HD bales but we can make other size bales if your process requires it. We also offer grinding services to further process the material to your needs.
