Here at Aden Brook we started selling a line of the high quality hay elevators that we use on our trucks.
It started when customers and farmers on our deliveries were asking us if they could buy the hay elevators that we use, because they run so well and are quiet. One of our hay farmers builds these elevators during the slow winter months in his shop. They are by far the best elevator made from cost to cost and we have put them to the test by loading/unloading thousands of semi loads of hay and never having a problem. Maintained properly the chain simply never comes off and the machine runs smooth and quiet. You can actually talk to the people around you while unloading instead of yelling over the sounds of a screeching traditional elevator. Many other professional hay haulers have purchased these from us and say they would use no other elevator again.
These Elevators are manufactured from 4130 chrome moly aircraft tubing to withstand the constant vibrations of use and transport without stress cracking like most do. They are powder coated with high quality paint. (see pics). The chain is plastic track permanently lubricated and the sprockets and pulleys are all on ball bearings. One of the best features is the motor that comes off for transport with no bolts. The belt is simply tensioned by a heavy duty bungee cord (see pic).

We use the standard ¾ hp 110 volt electric motors on all our elevators and most of the units we sell. However these is an option for a gas powered Honda 4hp motor for use in locations were you have no access to electricity.
Whether you are a professional hay hauler or a farmer you can’t afford to buy one of those cheap built elevators available in the farm stores today. Buy one of these and you will be glad every time you use it.
Ordering, build time and shipping from the west coast on these units is 4 to 6 weeks during winter months and up to 12 weeks during summer months so be sure to get your order in soon.
You can pick up your elevator at our Bullville NY shop or have it delivered to you with a load of hay and have no additional freight charges. Or we may be able to get it on one of our trucks passing through your area for a reasonable freight charge, if you are not ordering a load of hay with it.
